Lived here for two years now. It had an amazing staff when I first started. Adam and Kim are both extremely kind and helpful, and working with them have been a pleasure. However, Adam recently left and Kim has been promoted, so you end up having to deal with Brittany a lot of the times. Brittany, on the other hand, is not so friendly. Any questions you have for her seems to be a headache to her, and she just wants you to go away as soon as possible. The more time you spend in front of her desk seems to be directly proportio... read more

Similar to what Jessica C review, I experienced something similar regarding the debt collection. I thought it was only done to me but apparently not. Last year we bought a house and we had to break the lease agreement, I went to the front office and told them the situation, everything was fine they explained the process to give a 20-day notice and fill out a form. The form was very standard, it asked for name, apartment I was vacating and reason. Also, on the same form there was a field for the NEW ADDRESS. I filled everyth... read more

Another badly managed property by liars and cheats in Bellevue. I was fooled by the exterior concrete walls only to find out the hard way that there's absolutely no sound insulation between apartment walls. I signed a one year lease for a two bedroom apartment and I could hear the neighbors everyday banging the microwave door, having s*x, fighting, their TV shows, etc. No rest for the weary. Kelly, the property manager mentioned that she was going to inform the neighbors about quiet hours and when they continued to violate t... read more

I wanted to rent an apartment at Metro 112. When I arrived to the place the manager Brittany Story did not showed me the apartment, but encouraged me to apply for it ASAP because price is changing daily. I was said that I do not need to pay the application fee because I am working for the preferred employer and was given the promo code to avoid it. I have applied to Metro 112 apartments and figured out that this code is invalid, but was ensured that the 40$ will be refunded to me when I will actually lease the apartment. Fin... read more
When I moved in 3 years ago, I really liked it. Julia, the property manager was super helpful, considerate and responsive. After she left, everything deteriorated. The new manager Adam seldom replied email promptly and I often had to asked and reminded him a thousand times before he could provided the information needed either for lease renewal or move-out. And new parcel machine doesn't make any sense. I still needed to be at there before 6 pm to get my package otherwise I would wait until Weekend. They was building another... read more

Our team is taking every feedback very seriously and we never meant to disappoint you. Would you be available to meet in person and talk about all the details you mentioned in your review? I've been a resident for 2 years and just moved out last month. When I was living there, especially the first few months, it was a really good experience. Adam and Julia are very helpful and friendly. After a few months Julia (got a promo?) moved away. The new leasing office lady I saw the most, Brittany, is not the most friendly staff as she didn't seem to care what issues you have and she just wanted you to go away - not as impressive customer service as Julia or Adam's. The move-out process, on the other hand, was smoo... read more

Dear Jessica, We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about your living experience with us. We are so sorry to hear that it was negative. We strive to make sure our community is a place our residents love to call home. We were under the impression that you were happy living here, so it's concerning to learn otherwise. I would love an opportunity to speak with you in more detail about your review and any areas we can improve. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. I am very happy to be back... read more
Do not move here. Management doesn't care one bit if you deal with any issues and refuses to make things right when they should. I actually really enjoyed living here for awhile. The first year went by smoothly and Adam/Julia were very helpful with any issues I had, all in all was a pleasant experience. Then they increased the amount of construction they did inside the building, inconveniencing residents making a mess of the place (all without any adjustments to rent, due to the fact we were pretty much living in a constru... read more

Hi Taylor, Thank you for providing us with this feedback. I thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. While we have had several team members turn over since then, I am so glad that you enjoy working with Adam so much, he certainly is a valuable part of our team. I would like to apologize for your negative experience with the upgrades that were completed to the building. In no way is that acceptable to our standards of customer service, and I can guarantee you that it is not a typical experience at Metro 112.... read more
Please do not stay here. They have ridiculous move out charges. They charged us for things listed in the pre moving conditions. We bought a house and we moved out approx 1.5 months before our lease term end.. The agreement was we give notice and move out and they would put the house on market after maybe a weak of cleaning. They told us that a downtown bellevue apartment sat in the market for more than a month. The thing is even though we paid rent till Sept 26, they generated a move out statement on August 29, and sent t... read more

I work at Microsoft, and lived in Metro 112 for two years (2015-2017). I picked this apartment for four main reasons: 1) Good reviews 2) Proximity to my office 3) Parking (both resident and guest) 4) Large studio apartment Although I do believe rent was reasonable for the large studio I rented out, there are multiple reasons why I would not recommend Metro. First, although they waived my security deposit at signing, they fraudulently charged me a $200 cleaning fee after I moved out. Neither myself or my guests ever wore... read more

Hi Sana, I am so sorry to hear that your move-out experience did not go well, and I am here to help with anything that I can. We are happy to waive the upfront security deposit for those on our preferred employer program, and then any amounts due are due upon move out, which typically includes a standard carpet cleaning and apartment clean. I do understand however that you are questioning these charges, and I am more than happy to look into this for you. Please feel free to contact me directly anytime. I also appreciate... read more
