We lived at Metro112 for almost 2 years and we loved it! We've left because it had gotten noisier upstairs and with our stressful jobs we really needed some quiet and comfortable evenings in our home after work. My husband and I have been living here in a one bedroom with a den for almost 6 months now and so far we're loving it. The staff here is amazing! They're are super friendly and attentive, and the organize a lot of social events. The location is great, downtown yet 2 mins and you'll be on the highway to anywhere you want. My girlfriend and I lived hear for 3 months in the summer of 2013 while I was working at Microsoft. The location was great right on the edge of downtown, all downtown locations were within a 10-15 minute walk and it was really easy to get out of downtown when we drove anywhere. Commute to redmond was only 10 minutes in the morning and 10-20 minutes commute home. Management was great and always helpful. We just moved out of metro112 and we wouldn't have if we had the choice- LOVED it! My husband lived in this community ever since it opened (about 3 years back) and I moved in after we got married, lived there for about 2 years myself. Everything about it was awesome; the management was great, very friendly and helpful. They were always very prompt with dealing with issues, such as the lift not working and also notifying the tenants when such issues arose. We lived in Metro 112 for about two years and were very happy. If we didn't have to move to California we would definitely renew our lease again. The staff are very friendly and whenever we had maintenance issues they would respond almost immediately and we never had missing/lost packages. In general staff are very professional. Ended up moving out. Not because my rent went up (it actually stayed more or less the same) but because of the noise complaints against me. My fiancee and I aren't noisy people, but our neighbors apparently thought so, from both sides of the apartment. Anywho, when I moved out, I left the apartment in reasonable condition but did not make an effort to clean it or wash the carpets. $250 of the $500 is non-refundable, and they tell you at the start that this is the case. I've been living here for 8 months now and have to say that this is by far the BEST living experience I've ever had! What are good: - Very friendly staff. They know me by name and always carry smiles on their faces :) - Staff is always efficient at resolving issues. Me and my husband have been living here since a year now and we absolutely love this place. The location is amazing and everything is you need is at walkable distance. Be it restaurants, grocery or even the transit center! We live in a 1BR apartment on the 11th floor facing the east and have an amazing view of the Cascades.
