Hard to access parking Noisy (from the street, not sure if it's the garage fans or what). Can't really leave windows open in the summer at night Gym is ok Way too many tall buildings around, even when you go on the balcony doesn't feel nice. Charged us money even though we cleaned the apartment so much. Adiós Metro 112! Glad we won't be coming back.
Stay away from This place I just got my package stolen and the leasing office has no clue how to handle it except give me a generic response ... they also have a faulty security system that was out for a week which happens to be in the time frame where I lost my package .... The email response pretty much says sorry our system is out try using fetch .... F your fetch system
They have become unsanitary allowing garbage to pile up in the garage and in the garbage chutes and are not responsive to complaints to correct the issue.
Hi, I wanted to lease an apartment in M112 since my friends had recommended the great staff and wonderful apartments. However, we are not in state so we requested for pictures of a similar apartment. While this was going they had 6 weeks off going on. The agents/customer call agent suggested video tour was not possible and we would share pictures of a similar apartment so that we could view it before signing the lease. The 6 weeks offer changed to 3 weeks this week and we have not received the pictures. I am a little confuse... read more
Would give 0 stars! Lived here for 6 years and management has only gotten worse. Lived in both buildings and things constantly broke especially in the newer one. The management office is thoroughly disorganized and unable to manage simple things like resident parking. They say they've worked on it, but they haven't. They outsource everything from parking enforcement to trash/recycling pickup. The current manager, David, is completely useless and we repeatedly say "I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do." It's now owned by ... read more
We called on April 14 at 4:15PM because we are interested in moving in. The front desk is forcing you sign up with in 24Hr or they won't be able to give you 2 months free. I explained the front desk multiply times that our lease in the element apartment will only end in June first and because they can only save you the apartments for 3 weeks we can't sign with in 24hr. We are a serious customers that want to move in and this stupid roll just made us run away
intentionally set me up when trying to break lease Asks me to send lease termination Send lease termination Ignore my email for several days Call them Now saying I need to send money order together IMO this is intentionally scamming me for money Edit: Also experiencing firm, no-negotiation, no-apology service attitudes.
Lived here for two years now. It had an amazing staff when I first started. Adam and Kim are both extremely kind and helpful, and working with them have been a pleasure. However, Adam recently left and Kim has been promoted, so you end up having to deal with Brittany a lot of the times. Brittany, on the other hand, is not so friendly. Any questions you have for her seems to be a headache to her, and she just wants you to go away as soon as possible. The more time you spend in front of her desk seems to be directly proportio... read more
Similar to what Jessica C review, I experienced something similar regarding the debt collection. I thought it was only done to me but apparently not. Last year we bought a house and we had to break the lease agreement, I went to the front office and told them the situation, everything was fine they explained the process to give a 20-day notice and fill out a form. The form was very standard, it asked for name, apartment I was vacating and reason. Also, on the same form there was a field for the NEW ADDRESS. I filled everyth... read more
