I moved here from another building, the experience has been night and day. Although its an older building than some of the others in downtown Bellevue, it is well maintained. Apartments do not leak noise through the walls like my other building. The team at the leasing office is awesome. Primary example, the gym is undergoing renovation for a little over a month. I've been living here since July 2017. Nice place to live. The staff is very friendly and responsive. If anything goes wrong, they are quick to send an email or multiple emails until the issue is resolved. The fitness center is currently being upgraded, but before that, it was typically always very clean smelling and very cool in there. Email updates were sent about the updated being implemented. I lived there for 1 month, but compared it with lots of others managed buildings in Bellevue when I was looking for a new lease. One of the best places in Bellevue in terms of price/value and overall quality in general. It would be first place to check if I return to Bellevue. I have been living in this apartment community from more than one year now. I have to say this apartment community has gone down. When I was looking for apartments I selected this one based on the reviews here and do owe a review to people. Recently, this apartment community has a lot of problems: 1. Second garage entrance from 111th has been closed to tenants and rented out to outside vendor. This has created a shortage of parking space. 2. The parking is such a mess. This review is only for viewing the apartment and the correspondence with Metro 112. I have to say Julia was great from the start and made the whole process of viewing an apartment so easy from responding to my late night inquiry request to being extremely informative and friendly. She was one of best in my search for downtown Bellevue apartments!!!! However, the apartments weren't for me since it was too small but I did love the fact it was one of the only building that had a balcony for my gas grill! Thank you Julia!

An apartment should be about the unit, the location and the staff. We had a two bedroom 2 bath, plenty of space. A large master bedroom and an open living/kitchen area. It worked well for us. The location is great. You can walk to just about anywhere in downtown Bellevue but Metro 112 is on the edge of downtown so you avoid living in the more densely populated areas. As far as the staff go they are top notch. Their leasing agents are friendly, considerate and helpful. The maintenance staff are the same, they always greet you... read more
My husband and I came back to this residential building. Guess what? We were welcomed like a family :) I feel so welcomed, comfortable, respected here. This apartments complex gives a feel of "home" not a rental place. Love it even more :)
It's been quite a few months since I moved here. It's been a great experience so far. Location: I lived in Redmond before this and living next to 405 has been super convenient for me. I can walk to parks / restaurants / shopping malls in downtown Bellevue on a regular summer day. In winter I prefer driving in the rain and parking in Bellevue isn't much pain. Staff and maintenance team are just amazing. I just don't know how to expect anything better. They know you and when you pick up packages some of them don't even need ... read more
