Over all I... (Verified Renter) Over all I think the community is great. It's near enough to heart of downtown but still far enough that you don't have the pressure of being downtown. The upgraded fitness centers are nice and that there are two different types of rooms is great. As for negatives, the package handing sucks but I think that is due to the small size of the room used for the delivery lockers and its odd placement away from the mail room. Besides the maintenance... (Verified Renter) Besides the maintenance service, I would recommend this apartment community for its good amenities, great location, and friendly office staff.
The management staff... (Verified Renter) The management staff are friendly and supportive! Many apartment complexes do not have air conditioning. That was the main reason we chose this apartment. We like the layout of the kitchen and the counter space. It is a very comfortable area to cook in. My only drawback to this apartment 1311 is the fact that it is directly under the rooftop patio and can be very loud with the loose concrete tiles.
