I lived here for over a year. It's definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The events they host occasionally are pretty fun. All of the appliances are nice and the building is made of concrete so I haven't heard any noise from the neighbors. They have a freight elevator that you can reserve for moving so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy furniture up the stairs and the rent is good for the area. I presently reside in Metro 112 1bed/1bath ... its been two years & i still feel staying here for long.. The staff here are too good , friendly including the maintanence staff ... they are too professional & take efforts to make us 100% satisfied everytime ... I specially would thank Ms. Piper Hareland coz shes the one with whom we signed our lease in Jan 2011. Shes a great human being.. I have lived at Metro 112 for two years. As it has been stated the staff is very friendly and helpful. Piper and Jessica have been great. The building hosts monthly events which are a nice perk, more warning would be great so I could plan to attend more events! The common areas are great, there is a rooftop deck and courtyard with several BBQs, seating areas and fire pits. The party room can be reserved for private parties and holds almost 100 guests. So, I didn't want to write a review until the end of my lease. I've lived here just under a year and I've never had any issues with anything here--to say the least, my stay here has been nothing but delightful. I lived in a 2bed/bath corner apartment on the ninth floor facing the east, with a great view of the cascades and Rainier on a clear day. Been staying in this place for a bit over a year now and I love it. The management is second to none in terms of customer service and helpfulness; they're all simply awesome. The place also does package receiving which is a big plus in my book since I work during the day from M-F, making it very difficult if not downright impossible for me to receive packages at home. The best apartment complex I've been a part of - the management is incredibly helpful, the apartments top notch, and overall I can't recommend it enough. I ended up leaving because they didn't have the right fit for me apartment wise when my lease was up (wanted a 1 bedroom upgrade from a studio), but what made me complete the process and write this review (which I never do) was when I got a package on accident sent there and they went out of their way to hold it and contact me even though I was no longer a resident. As everyone has said the management team is top notch-the best we have ever had, and ever seen in Bellevue. Piper, Sherri are amazing and really care to ensure you have a positive 'dwell well' experience. Love the events even if I travel too much to catch them all! My girlfriend and I reviewed the Metro 112 over the weekend which included more than a dozen apartment visits. Although we chose an apartment closer to the city of Seattle, I wanted to take a few moments to speak about M112. The facilities were similar enough to surrounding complexes to be considered the same. That is to say - very nice. Everything is clean and modern. However, a few things stood out. I LOVE my penthouse apartment! I moved in last July and have been so happy here! I am moving out of state and unfortunately had to break my lease. I was so relieved by the respectful and professional way the management, Jessica and Piper, treated me! Moving is not easy! So arriving, staying, and leaving has been a breeze with these ladies. The apartments are beautiful and who doesn't want valet garbage!!!! Amazing. I will miss this home. Best place I have lived thus far! And they gave me a pie for the holidays! Thank you!
