The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is perfect - My only hesitation would be the cost but the leasing professionals really do their best to help you find an option that does not strain the budget
My friends who... (Verified Renter) My friends who would visit commented on the issues with cleanliness and the smell due to trash valet services, which remains a con against the building. Additionally, the access and layout of the building is labyrinthine and corridors and other entries are relatively spartan or wholly unfinished, which friends commented on as feeling institutional and prison-like. You need to invest in the East entry and the connecting corridors between both side of the structure, E and W towers.

Great apartments, good... (Verified Renter) Great apartments, good location near interstate and transit center, not a long walk from downtown. Large kitchen is a huge plus.
The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is great. But one thing that should change is the mandatory Valet for garbage. It should NOT be mandatory to opt for it.
