Not impressed. There's always water leaking from the building and flowing down the street whether it's raining or not. Poor upkeep of the property.

We always embrace the opportunity to improve our community, and after investigating further, we discovered that what is pictured appears to be over-flow water from a landscaping box that we need to water by hand once a week. In the future we will certainly be mindful that we do not over-water it. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know!
I lived at Metro 112 for about 2 years and overall found it to be a decent place to live. One thing I didn't like was the fact that the "valet waste service" was a built in cost I had to pay regardless of whether I used it or not. I mean, is it really THAT hard to just walk down the hall and throw out your trash? They really need to get rid of that service as it not only clutters up the hallways but it's just unsanitary to leave bins and rubbish lying around. The good: Great city views, nice interior design, central convenient location to everything Downtown Bellevue. Bottom line: Don't sign the lease, unless you like being subject to intimidation routines. We did not renew our lease at Metro 112 for the following reasons. Voluntary-Compulsory Valet Waste service - We were talked into signing for a garbage utility c/o Valet Waste company who picks up garbage at the door. Sheila, It is unfortunate that you had a negative experience here and hope you found something more suitable for your privacy concerns. We need to clarify that the reason you moved was due to a notice of non-renewal issued to you after you pulled down the fire safety equipment in your apartment and disposed of it in the rooftop fire pit. This vandalism put our building on "fire-watch" and you refused to cooperate when the fire department was here attempting to find and fix the problem. ****Edit 2/14/2011***** I feel that my original post was a little more constructive in the sense I actually pointed out specific instances and examples in which I felt disrespected - BUT IT DISAPPEARED when I checked a few days ago. With that being said, the second one is more vaque - but when my first post disappeared, it was quite upsetting and did not want to put to much effort into it especially if it was at risk of disappearing again.
