We've been here just a short time and I have to say the staff is very friendly. We love living here. The common areas are great and parking is a breeze. The location is fab. Anything we need is immediately addresses and the staff are always available to go above and beyond. The gym is ok. I can't seem to figure out the remote controls and the the headphone jacks are worn out. I'd recommend this apartment complex in a hot minute. We love Metro 112!!!

My assessment after 6 mos or so of being there - Beautiful building Great location Great property management team Quite Lots of parking Nice gym Great neighbors (I never see them:-)) Lots of amenities I am a traveling consultant and it blows staying at a hotel out of the water!
Of all the different apartments I have stayed in, in almost the whole of US, the management of this one is the best. I have stayed here for 9 months now and whenever I had any problems it has been solved in a flash. The office staffs are extremely friendly and try to go out of their way to help you. Once as I was getting a very important package delivered but would not have been at home to collect it, Piper arranged for it to be dropped into my apartment even after office hours. Lived here for a year and it was great. The building is pretty new and the apartments are modern, well laid out and offer some spectacular views. Management is really good and very friendly. It's a 15 minute walk to Bellevue Square/Old Bellevue.

Metro 112 sets the bar so high!!! I loved living at Metro 112, and it is with such a heavy heart that my husband and I are leaving. Jessica and Piper were simply exceptional in their managment skills. They made us feel like family. It always amazed me how they knew every renter (and their pets) by name! I've lived here for only a couple of months, but I have to say that this is the best place I've lived in! + great location! Within walking distance to the mall in Bellevue, most restaurants in downtown Bellevue. Also close to the Bellevue Transit Center. This is very handy on week-ends when you don't have to drive home :) + great staff - everyone on the staff is great! I lived here for over a year. It's definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The events they host occasionally are pretty fun. All of the appliances are nice and the building is made of concrete so I haven't heard any noise from the neighbors. They have a freight elevator that you can reserve for moving so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy furniture up the stairs and the rent is good for the area. I presently reside in Metro 112 1bed/1bath ... its been two years & i still feel staying here for long.. The staff here are too good , friendly including the maintanence staff ... they are too professional & take efforts to make us 100% satisfied everytime ... I specially would thank Ms. Piper Hareland coz shes the one with whom we signed our lease in Jan 2011. Shes a great human being..
