I lived in many Apartments in Bellevue DT and by far this is the best. The team running the leasing office is great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I'm born and raised in the Bellevue area and have lived in many of the apartment complexes in the area, Metro 112 in my short time here has been my favorite. I do my research before making a decision, like you probably are if you're reading this. Metro 112 has large rooms at a great value, plenty of parking, close to everything you need, and great staff. Brittany was the first person I met that made me feel welcome and at home, definitely request her!

Its great apartment and location is superb. Staff is very helpful and very much welcoming. Things are fine as long as things are going normal. Things turns little bit upside down when it comes to unusual circumstances. Due to COVID and one of the family member being in increased risk for sever illness from COVID we had to shift out of apartment. The leasing staff here is unbeatable. I have dealt with many leasing staff in the past, and most have been unhelpful. Kim and Brittany were there every step of the way for us and helped us beyond reasonable expectation. The apartments are great, and the staff really shines.

Great community! Leasing office staff members are the best! All of them are always there for you! I've been living here for 2 years and just renewed my contract again. It's a safe and friendly environment like nowhere else!

This review is specially for the amazing customer service that I got from Brittany Story. I recently switched my job and I was anxious about moving to a new city in the middle of a pandemic. I called up Metro112 and connected with Brittany back in June when I had begun my search, curious to know what was available and how smooth could my transition be. Have lived here for 3 years, and just moved out few days ago. It is nice apartment in a great location with awesome leasing office. Brittany, Adam and Kim are all nice and helpful here. Brittany who lead us on our apartment tour has helped us a lot during last 3 years. Oven, microwave, refrigerator and all other furniture are new and modern. The only downside is that few apartments in the east( west?) building don't have AC. Overall this is the best apartment community I had in Bellevue area.
