Will NOT print if one color cartridge is half full Will NOT print in black ink. If one color cartridge is half full. Machine is useless 90% of what I is print is with black ink, not color.
Trash. Always out of ink This printer is totally worthless. If any cartridge is out of ink (based on the machine's arbitrary criteria, not yours), it won't print in color OR black and white.
Don’t waste your money won’t last You a year Hardly use it , ask to change yellow and after that prints only yellow or prints blank pages ! Cleaned it , spoke yo brother support no use !it last a year invest in something better

Will not work if one color goes out. Will not work if one color goes out. (Blk and white too) In my case the yellow ran out only after a few prints of Grogu. I replaced the ink cartridge with the JoyPrinting LC-3011, but prints out blanks only. This machine is not something you can put to work for you and rely upon for actual printing of resumes, or school assignments. Confusing interface. Brother ink only? One color kill.
Not recommended I've been using laser printers for years but was tired of how bulky they are. I decided to try this inkjet. The print quality is great, but it is slow and noisy. What's worst is the fact that pages keep getting jammed. I print business checks and they either jam or slip halfway together causing some checks to print out of place. I've wasted so many checks already and I've just been using this printer for a month.
I thought tech support was great, but now I'm running into a problem. This printer has always been a problem. It's not been reliable. Sometimes it prints; sometimes it doesn't. We no longer print on both sides, as it's always creating a paper jam. The last few months have been the last straw, as the print alignment is terrible. Printer kept stoping bec of paper jam I looked hi and low and no jam found. Only way it would continue printing was to turn off power. When I turned power back on it printed but went back to page one of a long doc I was printing and wasted 15-20 of duplicate printing. I sent it back to amazon
