Worst Printer (and printer manufacturer) I've Ever Had Bought this because of high ratings on a tech website. Am thinking now Brothers paid for the review... It was unintuitive during set-up, and their on-line manuals are useless. About a month ago I spent hours trying to get it to print an envelope - for some reason it wouldn't feed. Junkkkkk Crap
DO NOT DO IT! I am not playing when I say this is the worst printer ever. This thing BLOWS through paper and I mean destroys it. its jamming non stop and chews the paper up to where you cant even use it. I bought it for my tattoo shop and Im always having my customers wait for their invoice because it takes for ever to print and its a gamble of weather or not its actually going to work. Just dont do it, save yourself and get something different.
Constant issues with ink cartridges Wasted numerous hours dealing with random "cannot detect ink" errors. This printer does not detect the ink level in an accurate way. Had to replace ink cartridges when they are half full. Don't even think about using replacement ink with this one.
It has not worked since I plugged it in!!! This is what I get every time I try to use this printer, scanner and fax machine. It has never worked, I just bought it a month ago.
Returned Had to return. Wouldn't recognize my password for wireless connection.
Total Garbage As other reviewers explain, if one cartridge is empty the entire machine is useless. I purchased new Brother ink and it will not read the Cyan cart. Electrical tape over the window does not work on this machine.
