Printer needed black ink right away. it only uses brother cartridges. I want sellar to contact me asap.

Absolutely the worst printer we’ve ever had DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER! I bought this in June, 2020 to replace an older Epson Workforce because ratings were very good. Looking at the current reviews, however, it looks like others are having the same issues as we are. First, the printer consistently jams when duplex copying, so we can’t even use this feature. Does not work!!!! Do not buy I got this brand new but didn’t open it until after the return period. Well the printer does not recognize the ink and will not work. I’ve spent HOURS trying to fix it and I’m so upset to literally throw away $115 for this plus $60 on ink. DO NOT BUY!
Horrible. Do NOT buy. This printer DOES NOT last and you’ll spend a fortune on ink, as it doesn’t last long. At all.

What a piece of garbage Slow. Consumes ink like it's going out of style. Spend your money anywhere else. What a trash heap of a printer this is.
This printer is useless The printer constantly goes off-line, I have had to reinstall 4 different times. When it is in the mood to work a couple of copies is all I get. Thenit is time to reinstall again. I have called the company and they walk me through the installation step by step, after several attempts it worked. However it was short lived. Will not buy another from this company.
