Paper jam everytime I try to print I bought this printer after checking the reviews. Unfortunately, the black ink runs out quickly. I go through paper jam 90% of the time and is not very useful for us. I would not recommend this product.
Doesn't Include a USB Cord I bought this to replace another Brother printer we liked very much. This model is a decent printer, AFTER YOU GO OUT TO THE STORE AND BUY A USB CABLE TO CONNECT IT TO YOUR PC. Is Brother really that cheap?
Printer is an Ink Eater, buy if you like spending a lot of money on ink I don't know if one exists, but I am on a mission to find a printer that has the printing/wifi tech that this printer has with the simplicity of use of the printers from about 15-20 years ago that would just PRINT, when you hit the print button. This printer has waay too much software getting in the way of the printer just doing it's job. 11 Months with this printer; not impressed. Did not print wirelessly since day one; that is fine we now use a cable to plug in. Scanner has been a big issue compared to our last brother printer but I am very familiar with trouble shooting scanners tho this still took me a couple separate days to figure it out and probably a total of 4 hours of my time in reality. Garbage Stopped printing black after one year. Put in new cartridge and wont work. I only printed maybe 25 recipes and that was it. Wont print if any ink is low. Pure Junk
Brother printer What's best about brother printers is that the replacement cartridges are cheap and suppliers of "knockoff" cartridges are evencheaper. Used brother printers for over 5 years without a problem.
Not the best choice We had this printer for 2 years and it was a nightmare all the way. It doesn't print well, the ink dries really fast (had to change it twice in one week) and towards the end even when calibrated the yellow stoped working all together. I don't recommand it.
Ink doesn’t last, hard to operate Worst printer I’ve ever had. Ink doesn’t last and won’t let you print in B&W if one of the other colors runs out. Very complicated to operate and often unresponsive.
