Doesn't see wifi 10 feet from it. Defective, and the advanced button to manually enter the SSID is greyed out. I assume Brother has rushed these out since they have been out of stock for a year. DON'T buy a Brother until next year. Terrible quality, and I but nothing but Brother and have for 20 years. FYI, I am the IT director for my company.
Print quality is horrible You can only replace with Brother ink and if any color runs low the machine will not print.
Very slow printer. This printer was painfully slow. It took 2 minutes to print a page with only text (no pictures or graphics). I made sure that the printer drivers were up to date. I have been using Brother printers for years. Will definitely be returning this one.
Printer is a "crap shoot" This item often has issues with the scanner and top paper feed. My parents have one and love it, but mine failed shortly after purchase. Investigation led me to see that this is a common issue. To return or exchange it I was directed to take it to a store in the local area but was not able to do so within the warranty period so now I have a very large paper weight. Don’t get Use this twice and it stop working waste of money
Dumb printer The dumbest printer I've ever used. From day one it's had this error message and you turn it off and you turn it back on and it's still there. It says online to unplug everything and plug it back in. It will print put the error messages still there.
