Piece of worthless junk If I could rate this no stars, I would. This is the worst thing I've ever owned. It just sucks, doesn't do what you need it to do, and navigating its menu system is a PITA. Don't buy at all costs. Find a better printer. Literally ANY other printer.
Needs to be reset often Printer needs to be reset (unplugged) once a week due to scan/print errors. Screen says to turn off power, then says the machine is busy so I can’t turn off the power. When it works, the quality is fine.
Yellow will clog!!! The printer got clogged after a week of use. First the yellow then the red. Was so happy at first but then was really bummed. Dont waste your money. I also have a brother lazer just blank ink. And I love it. No problems I read the reviews and thought maybe it was a defect that they fixed but it's not. The yellow gets clogged way to easy.
Don't order wireless if you don't have internet connection Don't like wireless. You can't override the wireless factor and copy and print manually.

Bad printer Purchased early 2020 for a new office but it sat in the box until about July 2020.. It's now had about 8 months of use and I've had it. About a month ago the printer began having paper jams everytime I printed anything. I cleaned the rollers, blew the dust out and basically wiped down everything I could without taking it apart. BAD BAD BAD PRODUCT. DON'T BUY It got damaged in few months.
Use a wired setup if you previously had another wireless printer. I could not get support to respond after I set everything up and it would not print...even- though I could bring up the print icon. I had removed an Epson color printer, the DVD, and the icons. It turns out that the Epson was still controlling my computer (both were wireless). didn't even last 2 years Liked this printer but we are very light home users and it didn't even last 2 years. LIGHT USE. I have bought cartridges maybe 3 times. It lasted a whole 18 months. Disappointed
