No happy I have never in my life owned a printer that has so much difficulty and complications to get it hooked up to my computer and phone. Never again will I buy one of these
Trash!! This product is TRASH!! 100% TRASH!! And forget about Company support. Long waits and unqualified representatives that hangs up on you for the do not know how to help you or don’t want to help you. A big regret! Is $60 for a reason.
Unhappy Slow to print, had it not even two weeks and it wouldn't connect to the WiFi, and wouldn't print, had to uninstall and re-install in my PC 3x. Very unhappy.
Disappointing Printer . . . I had the older version of this printer that stopped working after 4 years. I got this as the replacement and was happy with it for 1 year and 9 months. After that, it refused to recognize any ink cartridges rendering it useless. It was going along fine with aftermarket ink cartridges for over a year. I noticed the color was off one day so I had it do a head cleaning. In the middle of that, it decided to stop using ANY cartridges making it a $150 boat anchor. DO NOT BUY -ROBBERY!!!!! THIS PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT BLACK AND WHITE IF THE COLOR CARTRIDGES ARE NOT TOPPED UP. I never printed even ONE color sheet. The yellow cartridge dried up in a couple months, now I have to buy yellow ink to in order to print BLACK AND WHITE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BROTHER PRODUCT OF ANY KIND....
Very, very slow printing I received my printer and was hoping it would be so quick to print. The printer I am replacing is a 10 year old HP......and it is twice as quick as the new Brother printer. I am not happy with its speed. Not recommended.
I am very disappointed in this product I am very disappointed in this product. I had constant problems and eventually stopped printing altogether.
No customer support available Never got connected I believe the driver disk was corrupted On hold on phone for 1hour 38 minutes and could not get help
Unusable on New WiFi "Mesh" Networks; Requires Single-channel 2.4GHz Only Do not buy. At least, not unless you have an old-style, one-channel 2.4GHz WiFi system and plan to keep it running as long as this printer. Brother won't tell you this printer is limited to 2.4GHz connectivity. Worse, Brother Support said it will not work with multi-channel WiFi networks that offer both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connectivity in the same SSID. That means it won't work on my Eero "mesh" network and it likely will not work with any other "mesh" net... read more
