SO SAD BUYING THS ITEM STOPED WORKING AFTER A FEW USE.CALNG CUSTOMER SERVICE WAISTED MY HOURS.LOT MONEY
we have a problem houston i received this printer and it will not recognize the router no mattere what i do it rejects the key and password which is clearly stamped on my6 router so with that said im not happy with this printer at all
Nice compact printer We bought this to fit into my son's computer desk with limited height & width. It was the only decent printer that I could find that didn't have MDF on the top and small dimensions.
FORCED TO BUY COLOR INK I DON'T NEED OR WANT! This printer works well, however this printer will not allow you to print in black and white only mode unless you replace any empty color cartridges-The machine locks up and will not allow you to print in black and white, scan, copy or fax unless you replace the color cartridge which you don't need or want. Once again, I am being held hostage for a ransom of ink$$$
Was ok for a while, useless now Print quality was fine but slow initially. Have now owned for a little over seven months and one of the ink wells prints about 50% of whats it’s supposed to, even after multiple head cleanings.
Keeps Jamming I ordered this with the hope it was as good as the reviews are and wanted to write a good review. I like the printer a lot print quality is very good speed a little slow but that fine for me The problem is when I went to have print on both sides of paper it jammed I un-jammed it only to have it happen over and over again then it would not un jam so I returned. This printer is my last Brother mfcj8700-Printer I own another Brother printer that's a delight to use. This MFCJ481DW will not allow a connection with my new ACER windows 10 machine. It is not a plug & play-even after loading the disc that came with the pain in the ass printer. The printer will go into the trash barrel this week. I have had 3 Brother printers in the past but this is the last one!
Brand new, but constant problems. Find a different brand. RUN. Tonite, I spent over 2 hours getting this printer all set up correctly. Followed directions to the T. First, I get Printer Not Connected. Really? So I reset it all. Then I get Waiting on Printer to be Available....and it's never, ever available. It's a piece of crap. I will return this piece of junk of a printer asap.
