Roller will not pick up and roll the paper into the printer. I have had it for a little over a year. I use it just once in awhile. Now it will not pick up the paper to print. Wasted my money and should have bought something else. If anyone know what the problem is let me know.
Support is none existent There is no option to buy entended warranty. I was passed around Amazon customer service reps. No one knew how to purchase extended warranty nor how I could see the current warranty. They did send me a link to printer warranties, not for this printer.
Didn’t work for me Very flimsy. I returned it.
Worthless It is not simple, direct or straight forward. It took two calls to tech support to get this thing somewhat workable. You can only print emails through a gmail email account, I don’t have a gmail email account. In order to print information from my email account, I have to take a screenshot of what I want/need to print. It goes thru ink very quickly. this printer is garbage this printer is garbage. upon opening and plugging it in, the printer says there is a paper jam error. i havent even put paper into the tray yet!!! no matter if you follow the directions on the prompt, or what folks say in the internet, the same paper jam error keeps coming up. Going to return this ASAP. Dont buy this printer!
Tech service is terrible. Printers are junk Tech support is no help with any problems and you will have many of them. I will never buy another brother anything!
Bought on April 27th, broke on November 10th I wasn't aware that disposable printers had become a thing, and yet here we are. Don't get me wrong. The printer and the ink cartridges are VERY affordable and for the most part it works decently. But again, unless you only want a printer for 6 months you should probably consider a different model.
Don't buy this printer - It won't print B&W if any color ink cartridges are empty. Like many others, I found that I can't print B&W if any of my color cartridges are empty. I don't color print so how do I run out of color Ink? Seems like the printer has a very creepy way of doing a diagnostic routine around 11:00 PM. It just does about ten minutes without any input from me. I get no report on what is being tested - nothing is printed so where does the ink go? I don't know.
