Disappointed Have had Brothers products for years and years. First one I have lasted 15 years I'm hoping this one will last 15 months. Construction is poorly made very lightweight materials paper tray feels like it will break at any point and jams constantly. Print quality is good tho.
unreliable. dont buy this this printer sucks. The paper roll is always "dirty". 9/10 times it doesn't print. I have to take out the paper tray and remove paper until it has the correct amount in order for the roller to detect it and pick it up. If not, it will keep telling me to clean the pick up roll. waste of time and money. I just go to UPS to print my stuff now.
Still can’t print from iPhone Very difficult to set up. Never had this Much difficulty with any other printers.
I would like to be able to return this one too. But I believe it’s too late This is the second one I have received! First one didn’t print. Well every other page. This one won’t even print! It just keeps telling me to load paper. I load paper and still nothing. Don’t buy they are crap!
Failed on Startup We received the printer, followed the setup instructions, but after installing the ink cartridges and printing the test sheet the printer began displaying an "ADF Jam" error which would not go away. (We had not yet even used the ADF.) We contacted customer support, they tried to help with some troubleshooting, but they said the unit appears to be defective and initiated a return. Scanner feed is horrible Scanner feed is extremely inconsistent. Defeats purpose of getting it over a normal flat scanner bed.
So disappointed. I usually love Brother products but this one is awful . So disappointed.
The worst printer I've ever owned This is the worst printer I've ever owned, each time I use it I need to reinstall. Thank goodness it came with a dvd which I now just keep in the tray, since it only works when it decides to. It sucks up ink and pulls paper in but only begins to print on the second paper, so the first is wasted or I need to separate it and put it back in the tray after the 2nd page is printed. This brother is a bother. I've used a lot of printers and this is the worst ever. I'm going back to HP.
