Great if you like JAMS I need a new one after only 6 months. Light use, glossy photos. Always gets jammed.
What a shame This is the worst I have ever had it’s slow loud hard to connect to WiFi when scanning to computer all it says is install software even after it’s been installed with the usb cord.

Crazy set up Not an easy set up. Why am I getting error messages to clean the paper feeder or close the back when it’s not open? . I bought a new item. Please don’t take my stars as a review. You can’t review till you use a product. This product does not work. Maybe a fluke or defective
Easy setup, but slowness drove me crazy! Had to return. Sorry Brother, print speed of ONE PAGE PER MINUTE will never cut it. Set up was easy, print quality was good, but the print speed puts you to sleep. It's ridiculously sloooowwwwww, I just had to return it.
It prints well It is just frustrating that it won't stay connected to my computer. I have to restart the printer each day before printing again.
Don't Buy This! Complete piece of cheap junk. Dead right out of the box. I've seen paper that is thicker than the plastic this thing is made from. I've had other Brother printers that were fine but not this piece of garbage...
Worst printer I have ever owned. Strange setup, never did get the scanner to work, slowest printer in the universe. Print heads needed cleaning before I ever used up the first cartridge.
Do not buy if you need to print from Google Docs!!! After 2 hours of googling support and watching instructional Youtube videos, I finally got an answer: you cannot print to this from Google Docs! Printing from Google Docs is the only reason I need a printer. I wish I had known this before I ordered it because now I have to repackage the entire thing and take it to the UPS store.
