Worst printer yet Worst printer yet! It will not stay connected to internet wireless or wired. Troubleshot internet and no problem there. Reset printer multiple times and still same issue. This crap has to go back not worth the money time or Aggravation

Don’t buy—VERY UPSET. VERY disappointed with this purchase. Received my printer last week (May 5th 2020). Did not use until I received my new laptop on May 7th. Connection for printing from mobile is horrible I got the printer because I was told brother has the best printing quality which it does and saves on ink. The first day worked great! Now I can only print one page and after that the connection is lost. It has trouble printing from my phone it’ll just show the loading bar and the bar isn’t even moving. I’ve restarted it, I’ve restarted my phone but it doesn’t seem to help.

Brand new printer that does not work Called several times and stayed on hold for hours only to find out that. The printer worked for a week and then stopped. The help desk walk me through trouble shooting to no avail. I now have a brand new printer that doesn't work.
Poor Print Quality I have used Brother printers for many years with good results. However, this purchase is not as good as other models. Print quality is poor and the use of settings is confusing and very time consuming.

Just okay I purchase this particular model because of the inexpensive ink replacement. It works just okay. There have been many, many paper jams with this printer than I’ve ever experienced with any other printer. I cannot recommend it. You get what you pay for and in this case...I got taken advantage of. I should have stepped up to a better printer. I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Good enough for the price but disappointed overall The good: relatively affordable, compact size, has many features. The bad: wi-fi connection does not stay connected and have to re-setup the wi-fi connection every day, Brother chat help is useless, color picture printing is ok. Supposedly, it shows the ink reserve independently for each color, but somehow all 3 colors and black are being used at the same rate, even though black usage is a mulitple of the colors.
