So far the printer is good but the store was awful Im so disappointed with best buy on this purchase. I bought this printer on line, said it would be ready in a couple of hours. It was closing time so I went first thing the next morning. The printer was ready but they didn’t have the ink I bought to go with it. Confusing on screen navigation I had a tough time setting up the web account for scanning and cloud upload. I don’t recommend this product.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE My order was shipped to my old address that was suppose to be deleted. I have had two deliveries to the correct address before this I was on the phone with the geek squad for over an hour and the non English speaking girl said it she had fixed it and sent another e-mail to confirm this but it was also to the wrong address called this is the end of Best buy for me
Expected More I know I didn't buy an expensive model all-in-one, but at the very least I expect it to work properly. It will print wirelessly in a heartbeat, but it will not scan the same way as it is supposed to. I have troubleshot in numerous times, downloaded the drivers twice, and still it says it can't connect to my PC - even though I just printed a document from it! Very frustrated... Might return it and get another HP which I've never had a problem with.

2 week return window for this piece of garbage has From the moment I set it up, the ink cartridges were fiddly but I thought perhaps it was because they were the temp cartridges. I'd put them all in correctly, but the panel would show that one or the other "was not detected," leaving me to remove the offending cartridge and push it back in, close the door, and then see that the panel said that NONE of the ink cartridges were detected. Do not waste your money on this one! I am genuinely shocked that this made it to market. Print quality is horrible. Embarrassing to be sold as a color printer. Black and white print quality is faded and poor.
