    Doesn't work Bought this November 16th of 2019, used it once, now it won't print. So angry!!!!!

    Slow and jams My printer is new. Only used once and it took a long time. Additionally, it jammed. I just tried using it a second time and it is jammed. Buyer consider another model or product.

    The worst I printed a color page and the color was very dull even though it was the first time I used it. I exchanged it the next day.

    can not connect laptop Brought this a couple of weeks ago after contacting Brother customer service several times. I can not get either of the two laptops connected went and spoke to a best buy person about it they did not seem to care that the printer does not work 100 percent

    Every other page jams I cannot even print a two page document without a paper jam. I have gone through a ream of wasted paper and each time must clear the paper and then unplug and replug the printer into the power outlet because there is not other way to reset it. It is HORRIBLE!

    This printer has lots of issues-runs thru supplies Other than this model, I have purchased about 5 brother printers over the years and been quite satisfied. This model is terrible!!!! It runs thru print cartridges like water, it can't print double-sided about half the time, the paper feed does not work well, and it is very slow.

    nonexistent tech support I tried upgrading my current Brother MFC to a new Bluetooth model. Yellow, would not show on the test page. I cleaned printer heads multiple times. Tech support was no help. I asked, if the cartridges were shipped with low ink, and was told yes. They were starter cartridges. As a customer, I did not care for the treatment by customer service. I returned the printer, to the store.

    Terrible Quality Color quality is trash, the printer is unbelievably slow, jams print jobs then restarts them and keeps printing countless copies all on its own. Complete waste of money, especially if you're using the color copies for work purposes.

    Broke immediately... Unboxed it, inserted ink, and started initial setup. Setup fails and says one cartridge is low. It tells me to take it out and reinsert it (on the printer screen itself). During the setup it decided to leak the entire blue ink cartridge inside the printer. Now my hand and cabinet are blue.
