Terrible Printing on multiple sheets This printer has been a sore in my side. I print 2-3 pages....and the black lines begin to fade right away. I have to constantly "declog" the heads and clean out the printer after every use. I would suggest you buy something else worth it's value. Because this has none.
Mal Llegó la impresora, sigo la instrucción, enchufo la impresora sin encenderla y explota algo poR dentro y empieza a salir mucho humo... Pedi la devolución de inmediato, es una lastima que me haya sucedido esto. Espero tener respuesta pronto.
Worst Printer Ever! I have used inkjet printers since they were invented. I have used many models of HP, Canon and LexMark. This Brother printer is the worst I have ever used! Very poor photo printing quality, very poor photo scanning results, often has paper handling issues.
Junk...Dont Buy! Okay, So I bought this printer because I read that the ink is cheap. Which it is...but it tells you it is out of ink when there is still about a 35% ink still in the cartridge! If you are out of any color you can't print not even in black & white. Also if you don't print a lot the years dry out & it prints streaky, even when you use the maintenance button to clean them. Don't buy absalute junk!!!
Thoroughly Disappointed I purchased this model last January and, straight out of the box, it didn’t work. This was to replace an earlier model I purchased 13 months before which broke down. After three hours on the line with a customer service rep, we got it to print on one side only. They told me I qualified for a full replacement. About 4 days later, I received a factory refurbished model to replace the brand new product I purchased via Amazon. It too, did not work at all coming straight out of the box. Not what you think This is represented as a printer/scanner. However it only prints on a home network but does not scan. It needs a direct USB link to scan. Also the ink is hard to come by. After checking at Walmart, Target and OfficeDepot nobody had the ink. I had to order online then it took 8 days to arrive ordering through OfficeDepot. I did not try the scanner until 2 months after purchase which was after the return period. I am now left with a less efficient piece of equipment(?) than I had before with my Cannon.
printer stopped working properly after 3 months of use print quality is bad, after 3 months of use it started to not print right, even after using the clean print head mode on the printer still having issues, not to mention the amount of ink i have used by the cleaning process using ink to clean. now im stuck with a printer that does not work
Do not buy! Wireless printing stopped working after 1 month! The wireless printing connection is inconsistent and shuts off and is disabled every time the printer is unplugged or moved. Even the IT group at my company could not get the printer to operate wirelessly on a consistent basis. I would not buy this printer again and amazon will not let me return it!
Does not work with new Macs I just spent over an hour of my life that I will never get back trying to get my new iMac to recognize this printer with no luck, and finally Brother support told me that it is not compatible with OS Big Sur, only Catalina. I just tried on my MacBook Air with Catalina and it doesn't work there either. It would have been really nice to know this before I bought this and wasted my time with support. Returning.
