Not wireless It claims to be wireless. But you have to connect it with the ethernet. Most printers say that they are wireless, but they're not. Make sure to ask if it's actually wireless without an ethernet connection.

Useless, literally. Nothing that Brother "support" could do would get this machine to operate; not a single sheet of paper has passed through it in 16 months. No matter what anyone does, it won't even accept Brother ink cartridges. If Brother did not acknowledge the serial number, I would suspect this is a counterfeit product.

GARBAGE - refuses to accept name-brand cartridges!!! There are no words for how furious I am right now. I just replaced all cartridges with NAME BRAND BROTHER CARTRIDGES and after two cleaning cycles, the printer insists it is now OUT OF INK AND REFUSES TO WORK AT ALL. I AM TRYING TO PRINT TAX DOCUMENTS. I am now out over FIFTY DOLLARS replacing these worthless name-brand cartridges. NEVER AGAIN

Useless It's little better than an expensive paperweight. It was highly rated on CNET somehow, but really does nothing well. The internal WiFi antennae needs to be re-engineered because it drops the connection constantly, even if it's strong and right next to the router. You can always connect with a printer cable, but then why buy a wireless printer? I'd give it zero stars if I could, avoid it if you can. SUPER DISAPPOINTED, took a chance on Brother and should have stuck with tried and true HP.

I made a bad choice I researched printers earnestly before purchasing this one, and made the wrong decision. This printer worked ok for about a year and then started having problems. If you would fill the paper tray even half way it would crumple the corner, and eventually jam all together. Then about 1 year 3 months it started trying to print everything duplex. I reset to default settings, but nothing changed. I finally sent it to the shop for repair under warranty. After over 2 weeks I was told to uninstall and reinstall t... read more

Terrible on ink - don’t believe positive reviews. Runs through ink faster than any printer I’ve ever had. What an added cost it is to keep buying replacement ink!! Don’t buy this printer!

CNET reviews did not deliver. This thing was a disaster. Supposedly it’s goodbyes on ink. It is not. Also I have never had a more difficult time setting up scanning on a printer. Wish I’d kept my old printer.
