Not worth the hassle Constant network connectivity issues. Have had to download drivers 4 times in a year to try and fix them. 4 times now they’ve malfunctioned and no devices can find the printer despite the printer saying it is online. As an aside, if any color of ink runs out, you cannot print anything (even if you want black and white and ran out of yellow) until you buy more ink and replace the cartridge.
It's probably my fault! I have not been able to make the printer work wirelessly. Also, I have not been able to get it to talk to my Surface. This is most probably my fault because I am a technophobe and I just don't understand how to do these things. It is working fine with my iMac connected with a cable.
P O S I do NOT recommend anyone purchase this printer. Brother claims the printer is fast to print. Not mine. When I click the PRINT button on my computer, Yes, the printer makes noises, but I still need to wait close to 30 seconds before printing starts. That's typical of all ink jet printers I've ever owned in the last 25 years. My printer goes through ink cartridges FAST FAST FAST. Ink stolen from the box The printer seems ok, except all the starter ink was stolen out of the box
MRW a printer from 2019 works like it was made in 1919. I've used printers my whole life. I have yet to come across a printer that is completely void of all errors. I thought "wow I've used this printer for almost two years and haven't had an issue yet". I was young and dumb just a couple days ago. I'm an adult now and I'm eating my words. the quality of the print was not were we needed it It is a nice looking, compact printer and easy to use but the ink to paper quality was not as clear, crisp that I was expecting.
lasted 2 months and broke. this printer is a cheap piece of garbage. , very disappointed, my last printer was. a brother and was reliable for 6 years , the paper feed continuously jams .
It won't recognize the new ink - After buying brother ink, the new ink jets are not recognized and I cannot use the printer! There are entire videos on the internet about the ink replacement will not recognize new ink - what a useless product! I want my money back on the printer and over $100 of new ink i bought that the darn printer won't recognize!
Worst customer and worse printer I’ve owned Worst customer service ever! It’s clearly broken and Jams every time I try to print. Beyond frustrated with this company
