Warning- Customer Support Great printer. Big problem with customer support. Had printer for one month. Printer was not responding so I contacted customer support. They wanted $69.00 to help me. I said NO. Then they told me to unplug and plug back in. Problem solved. The $69.00 seems like a scam.

Original replacement cartridges cost way to expensive. Off brands don't work After original printer cartridges ran out, off brand cartridges suck.
Garbage This Brother garbage lasted until paper had to be added. Never worked again. Maybe I should stop buying cheap printers. Threw it away in frustration. DO NOT BUY!
You can't get this printer anymore. I must have bought the last one of these because you can't get it anymore. The set up was murder and took hours. In the end we gave up on the WI FI connection, which never happened. We used our own wire to connect since one was not sent. You have to be kidding me about this printer. Finally can print and it seems OK.
Keep looking!! Had for two months before I tried to fax something. I have only bought Brother for decades. It won't fax. So my return time is out for Amazon so I guess it goes in the trash! The touch screen is very sensitive. I am in the middle of a 22year relationship and knew I would need a fax. Got paperwork today to be in Florida by Monday and no fax!!
