Poor Quality Printer and Awful Customer Service Printer began printing poor quality documents. I went through all the trouble shooting and the print quality did not improve. I only used Brother cartridges. I spent well over an hour on a tech support chat. The rep (Patt) was not helpful in anyway. I was asked dozens of inane questions in an attempt to get me to give up. Problem with New Printer I purchased this printer in Feb. and have had and continue to have problems. Won't print, copy and clogs up even after cleaning. This happens at lease once in a 2 day period. I use "Brother" ink and have never had this problem. This is my 2nd Brother printer and my 1st one was great ! I can't locate a RETURN site in the review.
Don't buy Bought this in december used a few times there is know paper jam or nothing getting unable to print 50 error.
Will not print envelopes I really dislike this printer. I us WordPerfect. This printer will not print standard #10 letter envelopes. It displays the following error: "The document page size is set to a custom form that may not be supported by this printer driver." I have never had a problem printing a #10 envelope with the other printers I have had. I'm very unhappy with this printer and I cannot return it because I waited too long to print an envelope.
No longer working Do not buy this item. We have used the item a few times and it isn't working anymore. Even tried calling to trouble and no solution. Missed the return window by 2 days. Never will order a Brother product again

Scanner and Copier did not work out of the box!!!! After unboxing and setting up the unit, a message appeared "Scan unable AF" . The only fix is to turn off or unplug and back on. This did not work, so I contacted support by chat to see if there was a solution that did not require service. There is NOT. The scanner/copier light goes on, but will not move. Do not purchase, waste of money Printer uses too much ink. I only get 10 to 15 pages per cartridge. I am using brother ink. Would not recommend as this is a terrible product. I gave a 1 star because I had to.
Just OK Bad Cartridges Upon initial set up I got a low ink alert on two of the ink cartridges the M and BK cartridges and a half full indication on the M cartridge. After an online chat and an email from Kemicha at Brothers saying I could call and order new cartridges. I called Brothers and spoke to their representative Monique who informed me that these were startup cartridges and Brothers would not replace them at no charge.
