After waiting 15 minutes to get in, I waited another 30 minutes in the patient room by myself waiting for the provider. I never heard back about my strep test from over a week ago, which is pointless now anyways. I also didn't like that they require you to put your credit card on file up front, but don't tell you how much they will charge you after your visit. It's nearby and the staff at the clinic was helpful and fine although it took multiple visits to resolve my issue. The main compliant I have is with their billing department. I received a bill for both visits (close to $300) which I paid in full. They then charged my credit card an additional $150 with no explanation. After an extremely long hold, I was told the payment I made was split across the two visits and I still owed close to another $200. The receptionist is very nice and friendly. Ut you expect a real services from the clinic. On their website they say they have an ultrasound. We've got the appointment and went there, but this was not a real appointment, it was the appointment to get the appointment. We have checked if they have this specific type of service and got a real appointment next day. But during our next visit they said they have no such kind of service in their clinic. This is super unprofessional.

Just wasted two hours of my time at this clinic I told the doctor I was in so much pain that I cannot sleep and I've been contemplating suicide about it just to have no more pain. I have visible separation in my shoulder from a motorcycle accident and being dragged by a car and was told to take Tylenol! Literally on my way to a street pharmacist to get ripped off hopefully I'm no longer in pain.

Terrible service. Go in for an annual physical and get lab tests done, get a follow up to come pick up the paper work, was handed paperwork and walk out of the clinic 5 minutes later and am being charged $80 to do so and was told it "was their policy to charge you whenever you come in the door". Have called customer service 6 times to file a complaint, all 6 times have heard nothing back and they have just sent the same bill to me every time. I went for a simple ear irrigation and they blasted my ear out with cold water and peroxide now I'm having dizzy spells. I will never go there again.

WORST billing process ever. I had a COVID test done and they told me I would receive billing in the mail. I moved so I paid for my mail to be forwarded to me for 1 year. I NEVER received a bill in the mail or online, they have no billing portal only the ability to pay for a bill where you punch in the amount you owe, zero connection to an account. HORRIBLE insecure system do not give these people your money. My bill went into collections and that's how i finally found out about it, great job in being a garbage company!

Absolute waste of time! The doctor walked in my room. He sat down. Without asking me a single question or an examination, he told me his diagnosis. (I'm assuming it was based on the info I filled out) I was denied time and the lab work I requested. I was told they were too busy by the 'doctor.' His parents wasted their money. He should not be a doctor. End of story. Now I know why I have not been at an urgent care in 10 years. Horrible experience. I called my insurance to let them know not to pay this bill.
