Made an appointment to reduce my wait time. A women came in with her daughter and their appointment was 30 minutes after mine. They were seen immediately because the women was being rude to the receptionist and said she didn't want to wait. When I asked why she was seen first, the receptionist said it was an emergency..the "emergency" was that the girl had jammed her finger and needed an xray.. what a joke.

I came in to the clinic for what should have been a very quick tb test check. The front desk women, "China", if that's really her name could not have been any more disrespectful. I tried helping her find my document that they had misplaced and as I looked she snatched it out of my hand and said "you already said you don't know what it looks like so that does nothing". Beware of their billing. I went there for covid test. I received a bill stating what I owe and what was covered by insurance. It seemed high but I paid. Turned out, I gave them the wrong insurance and instead of asking me for the right one when that didn't go through, the sent a bill that my non existent insurance covered a portion and I was responsible for the rest. Horrible service and the most unfriendly place. Unfriendly receptionist and unfriendly doctor! My son came in with pain to his ribs, spent almost 2 hours, have to pay from my own pocket because they couldn't run my insurance although it was not the first time I went there. They had my file and everything but they have to be so unprofessional. Was told that a physical would cost $60 which was paid upfront, then a week and a half later received a bill for $100 on top of the 60 dollars from before (total $160.00). I think being transparent about the costs per service is more beneficial to a business than to resort to trickery. Just my opinion.
Save yourself the hassle and chose a different clinic. The receptionist is beyond incompetent. After waiting over an hour and having multiple patients (about 6 or 7) who arrived after me being called I went to the receptionist to see my status. At that point she accused me of never checking in or doing it with someone else when in fact it was her. Turns out she never put me into the queue to be seen but again insisted it was my error. Midwest Express, always sneaks up with over charges and unwanted charges on you. Be careful.
Everyone was friendly and helpful when I got to the office and I was diagnosed quickly which was great because I felt awfully sick. I was prescribed medication and was told it would be ready within 20 minutes. This is when the problems started. The pharmacy didn't have my meds ready and never got the script. I called MECRV and asked them to send it over to a pharmacy closer to home instead since I waited 30 minutes and was extremely fatigued. 6 hours later I call my pharmacy and they didn't have the script. DO NOT GO THERE. I went to this clinic in July 2020 for a workplace injury and gave them my workers comp insurance information. To my surprise they started sending me bills and after my numerous attempts to explain them that it was a work place injury and workers comp insurance or employer is responsible for the charge, they sent my account to the collection.
