I went to MedSpring for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with the experience. I waited for only a minute before being seen and the nurse who took my vitals was very nice. I didn't catch the doctor's name who saw me, but it sounded something like Dr. Giaddi (sorry I don't have the correct spelling!). She was wonderful! I had an excellent experience at this MedSpring location! While running this past weekend, I tripped and sprained my ankle. Doh. My husband took me here around 10am on Saturday morning, and we didn't even have to sit down in the waiting room--they got us in immediately. The nurse asked a few basic questions, and the doctor came in immediately afterward. He examined my foot, determined it was a sprain, and I was in a boot and out the door in less than 45 minutes with a referral to an orthopedic doctor near my office building.... read more
What a great experience. I have an abrasion on my eye and the staff and dr hung, took exceptional care. Fast service too. In and out in 30 40 min. Felt like i could trust them with my eye. I would easily go here again.
Walked in, waited less than 3 minutes, and I have to say this has been my best clinic experience ever. Dr. Kirby and Nitika were amazing!
Incredibly kind doctors and staff. I had no wait and was able to be seen and stitched up by Dr. Patel in minutes.
In and out fast, and better yet, the doctor at MedSpring even followed up with a call 24 hours later to make sure I was improving. I have found my new go-to spot for fast, efficient and excellent care.
Went in on Tuesday tested positive for Covid, doc said to call or come back in if symptoms such as sore throat or stuffy nose/congestion appear in case there was a bacterial infection. I called today around noon for sinus congestion the lady said the doctor would call in a prescription to the pharmacy said to call back if it didn't get to the pharmacy, so I did around 3pm and again at 6pm for them to tell me I can just get over the counter meds .... Had a pleasant experience here but what was not pleasant was getting sent to collections for a mystery $30. Did I receive a bill, call, or mail for this? Nope. Has it been a year since this I visited and I was just now notified thanks to credit karma? Yup! My insurance successfully received and paid a $162 bill-no mention of $30 anywhere. The visit shows as 'complete' payment wise for Midwest Express Clinic Website? Shows I owe $0. DO NOT GO HERE! Read the other reviews as well about negative billing experiences. They sent me to collections after charging my credit card $150 and claimed they sent me a bill for an additional amount. I never received a single bill and they claim they sent out 3 notices, I've lived in the same location for over a year and they confirmed they had the correct address so something doesn't add up.
