Beware of predatory charges!!! My biggest regret is not checking the reviews before going to see how many other people have had billing and service issues here. I had a CoVid test on a Friday and never received results, even after calling and emailing them
I had chills on a Sunday in July. My family freaked out and urged me to get a Covid test. Aetna assured me anything Covid related would be covered 100%. The people at the clinic had us wait in the car (my wife was tested, too) and came out and did the swab. They were fine. I asked how long it would take and was told 7-10 days! We brought our daughter to the Ashland location for an injured ankle because the family doctor had no near-term appointments. The initial visit was positive (hence two stars), but the several subsequent visits were much less so. Short story: avoid unless you're cool with a not great experience and surprise bills. Long story: it all started out alright when I booked an appointment online for an antibody test. I later had to change the appointment time online, which it said was confirmed. First problem: I show up and they don't have the change. Second problem: while getting a blood draw, get unsuccessfully poked by a needle so many times they had to get someone else in. Bruises from that last a week. If customer service, long wait times, and billing issues are something you're not interested in dealing with than run the other way fast. After confirming this facility does Covid testing with a 4-6 day turn around time and venturing over there, boy did I make a mistake. I was given original instructions to call when I parked and they would come out. How can this clinic even offer Covd tests? The result time is outrageous. I am a week out with no results and now being told could take up to 14 days. What's the point of even doing it? Seriously the results are pointless after 2 weeks. And they are charging $200 per test. I'm telling them I will not allow my insurance to be charged. I have a friend who went somewhere else and did a test this past Monday and had results Thursday. I went last Friday and still waiting. This is not quality healthcare. It is a waste ... read more

I went in for a visit on June 24th, they didn't know what was wrong with me and sent me home with pain meds for my stomach and anti nausea meds, didn't work, wanted me to come back with sample of stool, then prescribed me antibiotics, didn't work. Still didn't hear anything back from them!! Seriously unbelievable!! June 27 till July 12 !!! 16 days now still counting ! Wonder how long going to take for they call or text him back with the result!
