I went in tonight needing stitches and they were great! They were kind, caring and funny. The service was everything I needed and wanted at a time where I was upset about needing stitches! The office and rooms are SUPER clean too!

Went in for a new hire drug test without an appointment and was quickly attended. Extremely clean environment and friendly staff! Added bonus: free coffee, tea and snacks!

no wait, brand new clean facility, registration took less than 3 min and my entire appointment (I needed antibiotics on a Sunday morning) only lasted 15-20 min max. also they informed me of the full out-of-pocket price upfront in case there would be ever any issues with my insurance. this was the only urgent care open within my area on a Sunday. thanks guys !!

I was very impressed with this facility. I went in because I called my doctor for an urgent problem, but she didn't have any openings in her schedule and she recommended I call an Urgent Care. I went to MedSpring in Lakeview because of the good reviews. I was greeted warmly and efficiently, I was seen by the doctor in about 15 minutes, the staff really put me at easy, and the facility was spacious and spotless. Plus, I only had to pay my PPO co-pay. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I had the best experience at this place. My recommendation is that if your insurance is accepted here-GO! I was there for a broken finger, received X-Rays and was out in an hour. I am 31 years old and in my life of Dr. Visits...every one...this one was peaceful, fast, and to this day the best one i have ever had. The staff working with me was so friendly and because of that I will only go here now ! Thank you !!

Amazing office with awesome service. I loved the cleanliness of the location and they give you free snacks/drinks while you wait for your appointment. I came in June because I needed to have proof of a flu shot (yes, I know I'm about 8 months late) before I started my rotations. I called up a bunch of MedSpring Urgent Care's because I was told some still have it. This was the fourth location I called and they had it. These guys are NEXT LEVEL amazing! They were super friendly, professional and quick. They have a tv in each exam room and free wifi throughout the building. Jonathan at the front desk was very polite and offered me snacks and drinks! Luis was working with a young patient this morning so he check in with me several times to explain that I hadn't been forgotten. In and out for a pre employment urine test. Came in, greeted with a smile, sat down and flipped through two to three pages of a magazine and low and behold I was called. Did my duty, submitted my specimen and there you go, signed the proper documents, the office person was funny, knowledgable and got me outta there in say 10 minutes max. Disclaimer though, I was so ready to pee so I didn't have to linger to get things done. Clean facility, organized and just so convenient.
