SCAM, spend money on your health and your care elsewhere. Big mistake on my part by not reading the reviews on the ridiculous charges here for care. UPDATE: Reposting this review because after a few weeks, I am still dealing with this. I found out from my insurance that Midwest billed my telehealth results call as a FULL appointment and not COVID related, meaning that my insurance is denying to cover it. My insurance instructed me to call Midwest to request they re-bill the telehealth visit with the correct COVID tag. Thinking this was a reputable place, I went in for some tests which I had to provide a urine sample for. Everything was fine up until my departure. Not only did I give them the address to my pharmacy, but I find out a day later that it was sent to a totally different one. So now I have to take my antibiotics 2 days after I was supposed to start taking them. The day after that, I get a call stating that "the lab" lost my urine sample. How does this happen?? This place is a scam, do not get your covid test done here, the doctors tell you that in order to get your results you have to click the link they send you then they charge you 65$ for clicking the link

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SH*T JOB PROCESSING BY MIDWEST EXPRESS - failure to add the correct modifier on the COVID test. Received multiple bills for in person covid test appointment and "telehealth visit" which is how they provide results whether it is a positive or negative test result - resulting in additional charges. This is a terrible clinic! I went fir a COVID 19 test and was charged $90!!! The original bill was $202!! I was only seen for 5 minutes! They are greedy and overpriced!! Don't go to this clinic unless you want to overpay! I'm NEVER going back there!

Beware of predatory charges!!! My biggest regret is not checking the reviews before going to see how many other people have had billing and service issues here. I went in for a pre-employment physical and no one knew what that even entailed. I had to direct them what was required and they somehow talked me into getting a TB test for an additional charge. I had a CoVid test on a Friday and never received results, even after calling and emailing them
I had chills on a Sunday in July. My family freaked out and urged me to get a Covid test. Aetna assured me anything Covid related would be covered 100%. The people at the clinic had us wait in the car (my wife was tested, too) and came out and did the swab. They were fine. I asked how long it would take and was told 7-10 days!
