0 stars if I could. They suck. There is a ton of other urgent cares in the area, avoid this place at all cost. They are so ignorant, rude, condescending, you name it. Front desk guy Ryan has terrible customer services, I'm not sure who thought he'd be good up front as the face of the company. MAs and PA's are hit or miss. Don't expect this place to treat you like a paying patient, only a number.
We took our 6 month old to the practice - the visit with the doctor lasted 5 minutes where they asked us to go to the ER. All good so far - courteous staff and all. the fun starts when we get the bill. They use a diagnosis code ( which insurance companies use to determine the cost) for a complex visit of 90 minutes. Been in touch with their office and nobody can explain why they charged us for care we didn't receive. Seems like fraudulent billing.

If you have anything other than a common cold or strep throat , go somewhere else ! You think it's convenient and they just waste your time and money. You tell the doctors what's wrong with you and they send you home. Unfortunately had to beg the doctors to test my blood but they insisted I had been googling diseases , comes to find out I wasn't wrong ! Patients know their body ! Go to the hospital !

doctor forgot to submit my urine for tests. People on the phone are very nice and helpful but the doctors are unhelpful. The doctor agreed to send my urine for 2 tests which were important (2 weeks ago or more) and they didn't sent it out for testing because they forgot.

Prescription never got sent to my pharmacy despite calling their office twice to confirm. Even had them change it to a further/different pharmacy because their open hours were later. Never materialized 3+ hours later. Should've just hand delivered the prescription myself. Imagine if this was a life threatening condition and I never got my medicine. Borderline malpractice. Watch me still get billed for their incompetency.

After waiting 15 minutes to get in, I waited another 30 minutes in the patient room by myself waiting for the provider. I never heard back about my strep test from over a week ago, which is pointless now anyways. I also didn't like that they require you to put your credit card on file up front, but don't tell you how much they will charge you after your visit. It's nearby and the staff at the clinic was helpful and fine although it took multiple visits to resolve my issue. The main compliant I have is with their billing department. I received a bill for both visits (close to $300) which I paid in full. They then charged my credit card an additional $150 with no explanation. The receptionist is very nice and friendly. Ut you expect a real services from the clinic. On their website they say they have an ultrasound. We've got the appointment and went there, but this was not a real appointment, it was the appointment to get the appointment. We have checked if they have this specific type of service and got a real appointment next day. But during our next visit they said they have no such kind of service in their clinic. This is super unprofessional.
