Unfortunately, I have had to come here twice already in the past month for sick family members.....Both times I had a pleasant experience despite the circumstances. The first time.. we got there almost close to closing... and not once did we feel rushed or like we were annoying the heck out of them for getting there at the time we did.. I am just glad they were opened until 9 since most other Urgent Care Clinics close at 8pm. MedSpring, Cally and Ellen were fantastic! I was in need of stitches and a splint from a run in with a car door, The service was quick and efficient. The facility was clean and friendly! Hope I don't have to visit often, but it will be my place to go when i need urgent care.
One of the best places I have ever been to. Great staff and awesome service. I will definitely come back and bring my family and recommend this to friends. Thanks again
Can't tell you how great these guys are. Dr. Nguyen took care of me and he really rocks. He also tended to my toddler at the Wicker Park location, nearly 3 years ago when he split his chin open after a nasty fall off a playground swing. My son loved him so much, we even went back to visit Dr. Nguyen to say thank you (pronounced "Wen"). Everyone there made my son's traumatic incident as calm as it could be. This particular office was amazingly fast and exceedingly helpful for me when I was in some extreme pain. I was suffering from a serious flair-up of GOUT (April 2017). The wonderful front desk manager kept me as calm as I could be, until the nurse and doctor could see me. Both the attending doctor and nurse were extremely kind and helpful, as they swiftly made a plan to help reduce my pain. Really great experience here. Went because my 7 year old son had smashed his finger and we wanted to see if it was broken (it was). I was able to make an appointment online in advance, although we were there first thing on a Saturday morning and the place was empty anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at how kid friendly it was - there was a kids table, a TV with cartoons and coloring sheets. Also coffee for the adults. Went in on a Wednesday night. I had a broken hand from a drunken floor punching incident a few days prior and wanted to get it checked out to make sure there wasn't a fracture. Made a stop by the emergency room at the nearby hospital the prior night,but the five and a half hour projected wait was very discouraging. My mother fell and we feared she had broke something, so we jumped on Yelp to find a good urgent care center that did X-rays. Although they didn't answer our phone call, we came by and found there to be no wait (on a Saturday evening). They were friendly and seemed highly qualified. It was tough taking the X-rays because of the pain, but they were patient and gentle and creative to get the pics they needed. I hope I don't need an urgent care center soon, but if I do, we'll be coming back here.
Came down with an acute case of pink eye a few weeks ago late on a Saturday evening. Was able to get in first thing on Sunday morning. All of the staff I saw were courteous and professional, and I was in and out within a half an hour. My Rx was called into a nearby pharmacy within 10 minutes. The place is very clean and the patient rooms, with small couches and televisions, are so nice! Highly recommended!
