Had to make an unexpected visit and this place was a quick and simple process to get what I needed. The facility was very clean and the staff were great. There were a few people ahead of me but I was still in and out in less than an hour. The staff really care what was wrong and gave great advice and treatment. This was my first time at an immediate care center and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
I took my 2 year old here for a quick visit today and was really impressed. Friendly and kind staff, and the bedside manner of the team was just as good as if not better than the pediatrician practice (and I really like my pediatrician!). Nothing but good things to say- we were in and out in about 35 minutes at 6pm on a Thursday and I had a very happy 2 year old on the walk home since he got goldfish and apple juice from the staff. Absolutely will be back!
Came into medspring after injuring my foot, the staff was great. Crystal the host was very nice, the xray tech Jonathan was very pleasant and very hospitable. The doctor, Bellamy Sikes was very attentive and very thorough, and showed empathy for my pain. The whole visit was less than 30 mins. Great staff, very pleased with my experience at medspring!
After a couple months of unexplained chest sensations, I decided to go in, just in case I was a dead man walking. For $265, with no insurance, I got checked out along with an X-Ray and EKG. I went in at 8pm on a Tuesday. I was in and out in 50 minutes!!! It was well worth the time and money to learn I'm not a time-bomb; I'm just stressed out. Got rapid strep tests for me and my daughter. Everyone friendly and professional. Paid $10 copay and that was it. They have a parking lot!
My daughters primary care practitioner is out in Arlington heights so for a quick ear check and assessment when she get sick, this place has been great! The staff is friendly, the space is clean and accommodating to families. The doctors that I have seen have been wonderful and didn't rush through the assessment. Had a staff member follow up the next day too to make sure she was doing better. Overall great experience thurs far!
I don't have a primary care physician since mine keep moving or leaving the practice, so since I am generally healthy, I usually end up going to MedSpring when I get sick or injured. I went to this location yesterday and didn't have to wait more than 1 minute between each stage of the visit. Of course, it all has to do with how busy they are that day, which is going to be unpredictable. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and I made an appt before going. Free parking in the back which was nice. There was no wait, and the waiting area had free coffee, lots of open space with nice furniture & even a little table and chair set for toddlers. The entire facility felt very clean; everyone was very friendly (receptionist, nurse and physician). I went to MedSpring for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with the experience. I waited for only a minute before being seen and the nurse who took my vitals was very nice. I didn't catch the doctor's name who saw me, but it sounded something like Dr. Giaddi (sorry I don't have the correct spelling!). She was wonderful!
