Great front desk customer service and clinical staff excellent. The MA was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional as well. They provide quality care and are not biased like the Schererville office.

Parking is crowded and tight. The wait was reasonable. Service was prompt and good. Very Professional. Would have given five stars but as I was referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon for evaluation, no referral to an OD specifically. I had to find one on my own. Three days later I found one, at Lake Shore Bone and Joint Urgent Care Orthopedics In Schererville, IN. They were awesome.

Went in today after a HORRIBLE 3 hour experience at Northshore Hammond! I left a review there as well. But we ended up here after failed attempts and sealing my 3 year old daughters gash she got on her forehead. She was treated very quickly even though she was a new patient! I wish I could remember the names of the PA's that helped us because they were absolutely fantastic!! So kind, gentle, and patient with her! Definitely recommend. Thank you all

Highly recommend. I've been here twice now and I have to say the Nurses and Doctors are great. The facility is clean and they work fast to get you in and out. I recommend you pre signup on their website before visiting to speed things up.

Dr.Chube is an excellent Dr the staff is Very friendly and helpful. We got there 10 minutes before closing and the staff stayed late to stitch up my daughters eye They were seriously about to lock the door and they let us in I was so grateful I definitely recommend them

The reason for deducting a star is that if it's the first time you're there, you're going to wait extra long in order to get your account started and your insurance verified. That part wasn't fun, especially because I was so sick. This was the second time I was there- first for my daughter's school physical. I was pleasantly surprised at the bedside manner of the doctor. I can't recall his name- middle aged man, though. Absolutely so nice! His concern seemed genuine and he was funny too. That made up for the wait.

I go to one of the NP's here and I've really grown to like to like this place. Sometimes there are long waits, but I never complain because I know that I'm going to get the help that I need here. I would definitely recommend this clinic
I have been here twice & both times they have been super friendly from the receptionist to the doctors. It always looks & smells clean & time wait is usually not long.

I came in with an allergic reaction to medication. The staff was nice and quickly got me registered. Dr. Tracey was attentive and through with her examination. She also reached out to the doctor that prescribed the medication to alert them of my situation. Good service. No wait.
