"Excellent Customer Service " As usual my experience during my recent service visit at Mini of Towson was incredible. Yani Baron was my service rep. He always professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Towson store. Melanie was my service rep for my loaner car. She was very helpful and professional. I did not remember my insurance policy #..... she called the insurance company to check coverage and I was on my way. Two thumps up...5 Stars...10s across the board to MINI of TOWSON!!!!

"Satisfied Customer " What can I say about about Mini Of Towson and Mr. Allen. I feel that my car is a brand new one. If it isn’t I will be back. Lol, if I heard something Allen is on it, If I need something Allen is on it, Allen needs a raise. "Just what our MINI needs " We purchased a used MINI elsewhere. Having worked in the automotive industry, I know trained, experienced technicians using factory parts result in better service and repairs. So we brought the MINI to MINI of Baltimore for service. Allen Rolocut has been excellent. He has taken care of our maintenance needs and repairs with a friendly touch letting us know what is needed now and what to look for in the future.
