"Mini visit" Allen Rolocut is always a friendly and welcoming face at Mini. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your vehicle and makes sure it is taken care of in the best way possible. I think Mini should be very proud of his professionalism and caring ways.
"Great Service" Allen Rolocut and the service team at Mini of Baltimore County are the best. Allen kept me up to date on the status of the technician's work during my visit. Tech did first-rate work.

"Visit at Mini Cooper" I was warmly greeted upon arrival by Jonathan Baron. He asked me how u had been and what could be done for my vehicle today. He asked for my keys and printed out my paper work for signature. He showed me where I could wait. He said their was water and snacks if I wanted. He would let me know the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready. He did all test he promised with a smile. I was so pleased he took care of my car. Thanks so much .
