"Always great service " Jonathan Baron is the best service rep. He tries to make everyone feel not only important but attempts to make sure all services are done. Appointments are so easy to get and the nice waiting room is wonderful filled with snacks drinks and free WiFi

"Service Department" I have always had the best care when taking my Counteyman in for service. Lots of good perks for sure. Jonathan Baron helped me from start to finish. Texting was the perfect and easiest way to communicate with each other on the status of my car. Has been a good experience this time as it has been in the past.

"Yoni Baron is always very courteous" Bringing a car to a dealership for repair is not something that I want to do. It is time consuming and can be expensive. However, Yoni Baron is always courteous and professional. He is always calm, and although he has the difficult job of delivering unwanted news, he does so in a friendly manner.

"By far the best!" We bought our first Mini, a 2013 Roadster, in November of 2012 and have always had it serviced at Mini of Baltimore County even though we live over an hour and 40 minutes away and pass two other Mini dealerships on the way. "Terrific service" I love my mini cooper but cars need servicing and Jonathan Baron is always helpful and accommodating in trying to meet individual needs. Keeps me from feeling like taking the car in for servicing is a chore. Much appreciated .

"Awesome customer service- even if you aren't a customer!" I had unfortunate damage to my Mini Countryman and chose to take it to Mini of Baltimore for the repair work. (I did not purchase the vehicle there.) From the moment I walked in the doors, Jonathan Baron {Yoni} from the service department treated me like I was a long time customer! He was prompt, polite, fun, and informative- he kept me better informed than my own insurance company!!! I was really treated well, and I really appreciate that!!!

"great customer service" I've owned my Mini for 7 years this month. I've only ever taken it to MINI of Baltimore County for service. They are not inexpensive but it's a price I'll pay for trusting them to know my car and care for it properly. Schedule proper maintenance and avoid more costly problems. I've worked with Yoni some time now. Really nice guy, genuine, extremely helpful, responsive, and honest. How often has anyone said that about a service manager??? Keep up the good work Yoni. We appreciate it.

"Yoni rocks" I bought my '13 Cooper S Coupe new from MINI of Baltimore in October 2012. They have kept it running beautifully ever since. Oil changes are fast and Yoni is super-nice, respectful, helpful, and always gives great car advice. He really goes above and beyond.
