"Dealing with Mini of Baltimoere County is a pleasant breeze" I have been buying/leasing Minis for several years and have experienced uniformly thorough, friendly service at Mini of Baltimore County. Both Allen Rolocut and Jeff Testerman, in their separate capacities, have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always able and ready to explain things in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way.
"Great Service Center" This is a wonderful service center. Every time I visit it's a wonderful experience. Allen is always helpful explains everything clearly. He is a pleasant friendly gentleman. The service is the best.

"Vehicle repair" Over the past two years, I have been served by Allen Rolocut. He has been marvelous to work with by explaining what the service needs should be provided, the timeline that the automobile should be returned for maintenance and upkeep, promises are kept as to the amount of time needed to complete the service as well as assisting when something occurs that the owner does not understand. Additionally, there is nothing like returning to my clean and shining Mini upon completion of the service.
"Excellent Service" I have been bringing my MINI Cooper S to Baltimore for 4 years now. Allen Rollecut has been an outstanding service advisor. His friendly demeanor makes you feel welcome. He always identifies current required work, but also gives you required maintenance coming due, which allows you to plan financially. Additionally, MINI of Baltimore gives a military discount on service charges. My MINI dealership and service advisor of choice!

"Jonathan Baron Great Service all the time." I have had my Mini for almost 5 years. I have always gotten the best service from Mini of Baltimore. I took my car in last Saturday at 8:30AM, my car was taken in within 5 minutes. I asked Jonathan if there was any chance of it being done by 11:30AM, since I had hair appointment. He said yes and the car was done by 10:00 AM. As always the car was immaculate when I got it back. I will always take my car back there.
"I really like the way the dealership operates " My salesperson, Jeff Testament, was great! Jake at closing was very kind and enthusiastic, and I had the pleasure of meeting Yoni Baron, the head of the service department and seeing him again after a little glitch with my car.
