"Just Perfect!" Whenever I venture to MINI of Baltimore I always am greeted Warmly, and I know the people at the dealership. I had my car serviced there, and Allen Rolocut is an amazing Service Advisor, he never steers me wrong, and is an advocate for the owner, as well as their vehicle! 10/10 Awesome Guy, I always go to him.

"Always a great experience!" My experience with MINI's service has always been great and that experience starts with the service rep. Yoni Baron is amazing because he always treats me like an old friend. I like to establish a relationship with providers and if I'm going to have my car serviced, why would I take it anyplace else? I get consistently good service and a really pleasant experience. That's all I could ask.
"Awesome Experience" Allen Rolocut is my service adviser. He's always professional and friendly and is much better than anyone I've had at other dealers. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm taken care of. The service received is by far the BEST I've ever received from a car dealer and a service adviser. As a side note, I also like the new pay online feature.

"Positive experience" This was my first time at the Service Center and Alan Rolocut was extremely helpful - from the moment he checked me in - he was very responsive and listened to all my concerns. He kept me informed while I waited and let me know the ongoing status. When it was determined I had to leave the car until the next day, he arranged a loaner and made the process so efficient.
