This is how to run an auto dealership and service dept. The reps are so welcoming and friendly. Never make you feel pressured. Very reliable and knowledgeable about MINI. Of course, I wouldn't drive anything else! Since driving a MINI from about 2010.

The service department at Mini of Monmouth is always welcoming and helpful. This is my second mini convertible and my first one was used that I bought from another dealer and I have always gotten the same exceptional service. Yesterday I had a tire blowout and had the car towed to Mini of Monmouth and shortly after it got there Danielle called to let me know it would be taken care of.
