I brought my Mini in for routine maintenance today and couldn't be happier with the staff. Aside from the overall Mini ownership experience, the service department staff was wonderful to deal with and I never feel like they're trying to sell me something I don't need.

I highly recommend Mini of Monmouth. Friendly, efficient experience from start to finish. Gave info for service over phone, used night drop. Car ready < 24 hrs. Pick up and payment also friendly and quick.

Had a rattle in my dash in back of my radio Bruce in service found it and fixed the problem we all know how issues like that can drive you crazy. Have to mention about the cool loaner for a day.

Ray Catena is a customer service guru - not only do you get free scheduled maintenance but he gives you free unlimited car washes at all of his dealerships.
