I brought my Mini in for routine maintenance today and couldn't be happier with the staff. Aside from the overall Mini ownership experience, the service department staff was wonderful to deal with and I never feel like they're trying to sell me something I don't need.
Through the years, I have had the pleasure of relying on the Mini of Monmouth Service department. They have always been fair, professional and respectful of my time. I love my Cooper ( this is my 3rd!) but just as importantly, I love that I have dependable service. Thank you Danielle and the rest of the team! Cynthia
I highly recommend Mini of Monmouth. Friendly, efficient experience from start to finish. Gave info for service over phone, used night drop. Car ready < 24 hrs. Pick up and payment also friendly and quick.
Had a rattle in my dash in back of my radio Bruce in service found it and fixed the problem we all know how issues like that can drive you crazy. Have to mention about the cool loaner for a day.
Mini Of Monmouth is fantastic from start to finish. Ray Catena is a customer service guru - not only do you get free scheduled maintenance but he gives you free unlimited car washes at all of his dealerships. Every time I have talked with everyone from Michael to Kyle to the guys in service, it's always top notch from beginning to end.
I went with out a appointment and they did a very good and timely job got me out in a short time very happy with them nice job se you soon
Danielle was a joy to work with, actally seemed to like her job which is rare these days , thank you for making the setvice enjoyable.
