The service dept. at Mini of Monmouth is probably the best service dept I've ever been to. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, but most importantly they did the job in exactly the time they said and when they said. No extra waiting at all. Perfect.
I've purchased quite a few cars and this was the easiest and honestly best priced dealership I've ever bought from. The salesman went over every detail of the car and the terms of the deal so I understood everything. The best part is you don't get bounced from person to person with warranty, sales, then signing etc like most dealerships. My salesman, Michael, did the entire process from start to handing me my keys. Unbelievably good dealership!
My husband purchased his first Mini back in December of 2015. Whitney Hessert, his motoring advisor is very professional, and truly cares about her clients.
