I am a first time owner of a mini, my experience was wonderful. I was informed of what was being done, and lenght of time. I waited in their customer waiting area, which is clean and has great coffee. Everyone at Monmouth Mini is professional and courteous.

Last time my wife brought a vehicle for recall in Springfield, NJ, It costed me money for a tow truck because the car seized the next day. They were going to charge her $1200 for an engine issue. In a nutshell my mechanic friend found that one of the spark plugs was not working and looked older than the rest. Cost me $15. Problem fixed. Michael Sullivan listened to what we wanted and delivered with no pressure! We test drove everything and he helped us get the best deal ever along with Kyle!
