I am a first time owner of a mini, my experience was wonderful. I was informed of what was being done, and lenght of time. I waited in their customer waiting area, which is clean and has great coffee. Everyone at Monmouth Mini is professional and courteous.
Last time my wife brought a vehicle for recall in Springfield, NJ, It costed me money for a tow truck because the car seized the next day. They were going to charge her $1200 for an engine issue. In a nutshell my mechanic friend found that one of the spark plugs was not working and looked older than the rest. Cost me $15. Problem fixed. Michael Sullivan listened to what we wanted and delivered with no pressure! We test drove everything and he helped us get the best deal ever along with Kyle! We lease cars all the time and this was the nicest and least stressful experience we have had. Every time I go for service, I get the same excellent experience. Just goes to show Mini of Monmouth and the Ray Catena level of service and customer support, is not a fluke. Everyone is interested in making sure my Mini and I are "both" happy!!
