I've never done business with a dealership or service department that I have actually looked forward to going to. Their service is top-notch. Everything from regular maintenance to emergency situations (flat tire) is handled with the utmost professionalism. I love everyone there, from the sales people to the service people to the maintenance guys. I will never go anywhere else!
How lucky am I to live so close to Ray Catena Mini of Monmouth! I bought my first Mini, for the first time from a Ray Catena group. AWESOME service from the minute I took delivery. I really like the service at Mini of Monmouth, Danielle Hickman and Kevin. I purposely drive an hour and 15 minutes to this Mini, because of their service. When I purchased my Mini I called all the Mini's in north and central New Jersey and Manhattan to get general information on the service plan. The rep's at this dealership are a pleasure to deal with - helpful, friendly and attentive. The showroom is also immaculately maintained making the wait more pleasurable. My car was serviced on time and they return it impeccably clean. They do it right here.
I love going to mini of Monmouth. Its not the closest to me and I don't mind driving the hour and 20minutes to this dealership. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

I purchased my 3rd MINI at and have had it serviced at Mini of Monmouth. I believe it is a relatively rare circumstance to find what amounts to the Title rendered here. I went, looking to see one I had researched., only to find a Diamond. The entirety of this experience, is I think what most folk hope for, as well as the final result.
