I've never had a better experience with a car dealership, any minor issue I have they service it right away and always have a loaner car when I need it, they treat me nice and make sure I am satisfied with everything whenever I leave, I don't think it can get better than this, Thanks Kevin and Danielle, you guys rock!

Danielle is super pleasant, customer oriented, thorough, and very knowledgable . My service experience was fast courteous, and painless. Loaner was provided for 2 days and my car repairs without complaint

MINI OF MONMOUTH never fails to please.there are always very helpful in helping me take care of my two minis. This is the best sales and service group I have ever dealt with. You never feel you have bought the car and now it is your problem. They support their product. I will always drive MINI!

Mini of Monmouth is an incredibly customer-oriented dealership. Imagine that...a dealership that actually CARES about what the customer wants. Never pushy and always accommodating. Had to have car towed to dealership. Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. Car back the next day (and washed!). It was a hot day and he even got me a bottle of cold water for the ride home. I'll continue to use this dealership.

I've owned Jeeps, VWs, and Subarus. But after I got my first Mini, I've never looked back. I'm now on my third one. Besides loving the car, the main reason I come back is the service. It sucks when you're car needs new stuff or something breaks and I always feel like the Mini Service Dept goes above and beyond to make me happy and keep costs low. I had my first scheduled service for my Mini on 7/10/16. I spoke to Danielle over the phone and my my appointment. I dropped it off and picked it up nicely washed and vacuumed. Everyone at the dealership are very nice and professional. Thanks Mini of Monmouth! Tom P.
