Jersey Turnpike. Traffic. Potholes. 3 Realities with unavoidable consequences that usually leave drivers feeling frustrated, powerless, and unfairly taxed. My Coupe rides low and the hole was deep enough to rip off a vacuum hose. I fully expected an equally deep pocket raid to pay for the repair but it was covered! In addition, Danielle went out of her way to get me a loaner for the weekend while the part was ordered. AMAZING service. Picked up the car at 7:55p. AMAZING convenience.

I came in to purchase an extended maintenance contract for my 2013 Mini. While there, I had front brake pads replaced, tires rotated, fluids replaced and wipers changed. All of the above took just about an hour. I spoke with Danielle when setting up the appointment and Kevin was my service tech. These two young people are a credit to this dealership and their professionalism is to be commended. I just wish I was closer to this dealership but, 67 miles (one way) is a little too far to travel...or, is it?

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. Most of my past experiences were very frustrating. Buying my latest car at Mini of Monmouth was a refreshingly positive experience from beginning to end. For the first time, I think I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. It was an absolute pleasure working with Whitney who never gave me the hard sell. I had a warning light come on. An appointment was available the first day I could make it. Service adviser suspected correctly it was a false alarm. Car was cleaned inside and out. I got a lot of work done in the showroom.

Every time I take my Mini in for service, Danielle always listens and follows up on my concerns. Not only is every visit pleasant, my 2012 Mini still runs like new, thanks to the technicians who provide the service. I love this dealership and my Mini.

My daughter was coming up on mileage on her current lease and was looking for a new vehicle. A friend recommended that we contact Matthew Lipstein and I'm glad we did. Matt was so helpful and courteous and showed us just the right mini. He took care of all details and return of the previous lease. I took my 2007 Cooper for a check up as it had an intermittent issue where it would run unevenly as well as a Tpms issue which an independent shop had horribly mismanaged. My Tpms issue was accurately diagnosed along with an undiscovered oil leak which was promptly fixed. Danielle even unexpectedly applied a coupon to my invoice which helped greatly with the final price I paid. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
